I get my gift card, and "roll" it over the next time I buy diapers at Babies R Us (hopefully with a coupon)... which is about once every month. Update 10/27: We went tonight and were told by the cashier that the coupon "cannot be combined with other offers or promotions." When I questioned the wording, addressed the $19.99 as a sale price, she then stated her day manager told her not to take the coupons. I then asked if it had to be on regular priced items only (because the coupon doesn't say that.) She offered to check with the manager, so I said sure. It was either see what the manager says, or leave without the paper. The manager came. She tried to lead him into saying no... and he said to go ahead and give it to us. "It's at our discretion" --his words--and had her ring it in for $9.99

We usually buy the 40lb bags of Scient Diet dog food (which ain't cheap!) and after we buy 10 we get one free. We also get store coupons via email for $xx off a purchase, or $xx off grooming, etc.

Babies R Us

There's a new coupon mailer that came out. Might want to hang on to it just in case. I don't usually shop at Babies R Us, but they do have an occasional deal on diapers once in a while, and possibly an awesome deal if you can match it up with their gift card promotions. This flyer has a bunch of coupons in it for various items. The most noteworthy ones (I think) are the $2 off any 3 baby lotion, wash, shampoo, or diaper rash creams, $2 off box of Huggies wipes, and $5 off box of Huggies diapers. Remember, these are store coupons and you can stack them with MFQs.
