I found this recipe on Cooks.com the other day. It's an easy recipe and they turned out very good! Will definately be making them again!
Ingredients:
3 lg. bananas, mashed
3/4 c. white sugar1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. (or more) chocolate chips
Directions:
Add sugar and slightly beaten egg to mashed bananas. Add
melted butter. Stir in dry ingredients and chocolate chips.Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (Either grease muffin
pan or use baking cups.) Best served warm! Makes 12
