Easy Cauliflower & Broccoli au Gratin

First of all, when I made this I only had frozen broccoli (cooked & drained), so that is what I used. I added salt, pepper, & onion powder to the cream cheese mixture. And I popped it in the oven to heat it through. Still yummy!

1 lb. large cauliflower florets
1 lb.  large broccoli florets
1/2 cup water
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
10 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)
3 Tbsp. Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese

COMBINE vegetables & water in a 2-qt. microwaveable casserole. Cover & microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Drain.

MICROWAVE cream cheese and milk until soft. Stir until well blended. Stir in sour cream; pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Microwave 2min or until melted.

MIX cracker crumbs and parmesan cheese; sprinkle over vegetables.
