We got all fancy for Christmas this year. We made "holiday punch" AND used our pretty turkey serving platter (for the first time in 8+ years!)
Ingredients:
1 quart cranberry juice
1 cup sugar
2 cups orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 cups chilled ginger ale
1 pint rainbow sherbet
Directions:
In a large drink container, blend cranberry juice, sugar, and other fruit juices. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
At serving time, stir in the sherbet and ginger ale.
Enjoy!
