Kim's Sausage & Artichoke Dip


Ingredients:
4 Italian sausage links (big Johnsonville brats)
1 big can artichoke hearts
1 small can artichoke hearts
16oz cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
Garlic to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Squeeze italian sausages out of their skins. Chop up like hamburger meat. Cook in frying pan until fully cooked, continuing to chop up. Drain.

Drain and choke artichoke hearts into 1/2 inch chunks. Combine all ingredients together, stirring well. Spread into casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on edges.

Serve with chips, crackers, etc.
