Laura's Mexican Bubble Pizza

A lovely ex-coworker shared this with me (when I called out for tomato soup recipes) and it did not disappoint! This is another recipe that can be tweeked to your liking...based on what toppings you use. Super yummy & filling, and good for leftovers too!

Ingredients:
1 - 1.5 lbs of hamburger
3/4 C water
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 can tomato soup
1 can of Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits
1 2 cup package of shredded mexi cheese

Directions:
Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning, water and soup. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Separate dough into 8 biscuits, cut each into 8 pieces. Add to ground beef mixture. Stir. Spoon into a 9X13 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 375 for 18-25 minutes. Remove from oven sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 8-10 minutes. Cut into squares. Top each with your favorite taco toppings such as lettuce, tomato, salsa, olives, sour cream, onions etc...ENJOY

Thanks Laura!
