Ingredients:
5 Cups quick oats
1 Cup Multigrain Cheerios (or Rice Krispies)
1 Cup Kashi cereal (ground in food processor)
1/2 Cup coconut
1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup butter, softened

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 C honey
1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 Cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, or use your electric mixer with a paddle
attachment. Press into a jelly roll pan with clean damp hands. Bake at 350 degrees
for 15 minutes. Score the bars when they first come out of the oven, let them cool
completely and then cut into bars. Store in an airtight container. Makes 16 bars.

*Original recipe calls for 1 Cup butter. I used 1/2 butter and 1/2 peanut butter. We also pressed the chocolate chips on top, rather than mixing them in. You could also add nuts, raisins, M&M's, etc.
