My friend Jill shared this yummy recipe with me. I had never made pulled pork before, and can I just say... EASY! Have I mentioned how I love crock pot meals?!
Ingredients:
1 pork roast (or 6 boneless chicken breasts)
12 oz BBQ sauce
1/2 cup italian dressing (liquid)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
Directions:
Cook in crock pot 3-4 hours on high, or 6-8 hours on low. Shred using a fork and serve on buns.
