I almost forgot... When I was at Tom Thumb last week, I noticed they had Safeway Catfish 3lb bags on sale for $1.99 through 3/15! These were in the seafood freezer door section (like where you find the frozen shrimp, Gorton's, etc.) That's a really good price for a big 3lb bag of catfish, considering you can't even buy a box of fish sticks for under $3 very often! If I didn't already have a freezer full (thanks to my 2 big boys) I'd be stocking up.
