Of course, no trip to Tom Thumb would be complete without the usual stop at the customer service desk. I used the frozen food coupon, and it didn't come off my bill. She said "probably because your total was only 13.98." In my defense, the Old Orchard juices were marked $2 each on the shelf, so my frozen food total should have been $16.98. She notified me the juices only rang up $1 each. So, that actually made my total $14.98 (not $13.98 according to her math), although still .02 short of the $15 mark. Anyhow, she gave me my $5 back. Also, one of my Tide coupons didn't double, but I ended up making .29 off the propel so it helped in the end.
