I was overcharged $2.30 because their in-ad coupons didn't come off. I always check my receipt before I leave. It was 910pm, and customer service closes at 9pm, so I was told to "come back tomorrow" to get my money back. They owe me $2 from last week too when my Ranchers Reserve meat coupon didn't come off.
The good news is... I got another FREE refresh 2 liter catalina coupon, and a FREE gatorade recover catalina coupon. AND, I didn't check out with a $304 bill like the lady in front of me!
