My Frugal Adventures had a post about the Cellfire service. She received an email stating that coupons would no longer be offered for use at Safeway effective 11/4. Since Tom Thumb is a Safeway store I am wondering if the same will hold true there. I did not receive an email about this. and when I log into Cellfire, Tom Thumb is still showing up for me. Did any of you receive this email??
